Board of Trustees

The Foundation is governed by a board of trustees. Members are elected to three-year terms and confirmed by the North Georgia Conference of The United Methodist Church at its annual meeting. The board consists of 21 elected members, as well as two non-voting ex-officio members, who are the Bishop and the Treasurer of the North Georgia Conference.
